Our Story
Victory Paint Co. is women-owned, family-owned, and local — all three, all the way down.
It started with Daina’s passion for decorating and her love of Benjamin Moore products. Her sister Tricia brought the business experience. Olivia, their sister’s daughter-in-law, brought the marketing expertise. Today Daina, Tricia, and Olivia are the owners, and they are supported every day by Jacob (Olivia’s husband) in sales and Mike (Tricia’s husband) on the technical and financial side. The family got its start in south Louisiana and now calls DFW home — kids, dogs, and all.
We could not do any of it without our team. They live in the same neighborhoods you do, and they carry our values into every conversation across the counter.
Victory Paint opened its first store in Murphy in spring 2024, and a second store is coming to Richardson in 2026. We are committed to serving these growing communities, and to staying grounded in the three values we started with.
Our Values
Three things you can count on every time you walk through our door.
1
Take care of each other and our community
Victory was built to support each other and the people around us. Our owners are personally involved in the business and in the community — through the chambers of commerce, through financial support for our public schools, and through organizations like Dwell With Dignity.
2
Keep it local. When you shop at Victory, your money stays here.
It goes to a women-owned business whose owners live in DFW, whose kids go to school here, and whose families work here. What you spend with us turns into jobs in your own community — not revenue for a big box or a national chain.
3
Supply a great product with exceptional service
You will find the owners themselves mixing your paint and delivering it to your door. We want to know our customers, and we want to treat them the way we treat our own — like family.
